Packaging
Every art print is personally signed by Pattie Overcash and packed with a cardboard backing board in a protective clear sleeve. Frames are not included.
They are shipped in card mailers, bubble mailers or boxes depending on the size and quantity of the order.
Processing Time
Every art print from Salty Marsh Studio is carefully prepared, personally signed, and packaged with care.
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing and handling before shipment. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Shipping delivery estimates begin once your order has been shipped and do not include processing time.
If you select Express Shipping, your order will still require our standard processing time before shipment but we try our best to ship out the next business day.

All art prints are shipped in protective sleeves with sturdy cardboard backing to help prevent damage during transit.
We primarily ship through USPS. Tracking information is provided when available.
We ship only to the United States unless you order through our wholesale link.
Orders ship from our studio on the Crystal Coast of North Carolina.
Shipping estimates may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your artwork!
Because our prints are prepared specifically for each order, all sales are considered final, except in cases of damage, defects, or an incorrect item being sent.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
For eligible returns or exchanges, items must be in their original condition and packaging. We cover return shipping when an item is damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly.
Please contact us through our Contact page before returning any merchandise. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Damaged or Lost Orders
We take great care in packaging every print, but occasionally things happen during shipping.
If your artwork arrives damaged:
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photographs of the damaged artwork and packaging.
We will gladly arrange a replacement at no additional charge or provide an appropriate refund.
If your order is lost in transit:
Please contact us through our Contact page if your package has not arrived within the expected delivery window.
We will investigate the shipment with the carrier and work with you toward a resolution.
