Shipping policy
Every Salty Marsh Studio print is personally signed by Pattie Overcash and ships from our studio on the Crystal Coast of North Carolina.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, and military APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship to Puerto Rico at this time. Wholesale buyers can order through our wholesale link.
Processing time
Please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare your order before it ships. Business days don't include weekends or holidays. Delivery estimates start once your order has shipped and don't include processing time.

Express orders still need our standard processing time, but we try our best to ship them the next business day.
Free shipping is based on your order subtotal after discounts, before tax and shipping.
Carriers and tracking
We ship primarily with USPS. We'll share tracking information when it's available.
Packaging
Each print is packed with a cardboard backing board in a protective clear sleeve. It ships in a card mailer, bubble mailer, or box, depending on the size and number of items in your order. Frames are not included.
Delays
Delivery estimates may change because of carrier delays, holidays, or other things outside our control.
Damaged or lost orders
- Damaged: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged artwork and its packaging. We'll gladly send a replacement at no extra charge or give an appropriate refund.
- Lost: If your package hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please reach out through our Contact page. We'll look into it with the carrier and work with you toward a resolution.
